Our interviewing and reference checking process was developed and enhanced through the use of the ISO 9000 certification process which dates back to 1998. Since that time we have improved the process to take into account newly developed models of interviewing and screening techniques.

Knowledge transfer to your internal staff is also a key consideration when hiring. The Cadman Group provides outstanding insurance coverage for each contractor working on our clients' premises. Each contractor is covered with $2 Million in Commercial General Liability insurance and $2 Million in Errors and Omissions Liability coverage. Our clients can feel secure in knowing that we are serious about Risk Management.

IT Permanent Staffing

The Cadman Group also provides full-time placement services to our clients, finding the best candidate for your need is our goal. Taking the time to fully understand your business, technical environment, and having our client provide a detailed job description, allows us to find suitable candidates to fill your positions.

We provide a very competitive placement fee based on a percentage of the candidates first year of employment and a 3 month guarantee on each candidate.
